📋 Description

• Manage the execution and reporting for the parking port acquisition strategy in Japan, including onboarding and account management. • Develop and implement scalable sales tactics to acquire parking ports for Lime vehicles. • Collaborate with the global Business Development team to support the negotiation of competitive deals. • Manage daily and weekly performance metrics and compensation schemes for non-badged sales representatives from our agency partners. • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, including sales performance and market trends, to help refine the port acquisition strategy. • Prepare and present market analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to the Country Manager and leadership team. • Support the growth of new revenue streams, such as vehicle advertising and B2B partnerships. • Collaborate with the US Business Development team to support and expand Lime's Uber integration in Japan.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Japanese and English, with advanced business-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills required. • 5-7+ years of experience in a strategic sales, sales operations, or partnership role with a background in sales acquisition strategies. • People management experience, including the management of external non-badged sales representatives. • Demonstrated experience managing various sales channels and partners, with the ability to prioritize short- and long-term goals. • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders. • Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and driving contracts to closure. • Passionate about mobility, sustainability, and Lime’s mission to create a future of transportation that is shared, affordable, and carbon-free.
