• Install aftermarket parts and products; perform testing to verify operational standards. • Educate customers on maintaining/following a preventative maintenance schedule. • Perform scheduled and on-demand maintenance per service work orders. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; implement repair solutions. • Prepare quotes and sales orders for spare parts and consumables. • Complete detailed service reports and documentation of all work performed. • Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, service performed, and proactive recommendations to improve up-time. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Travel domestically and internationally for training, installation, and service assignments. • Assist in other service-related duties as needed.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician or similar role • Strong mechanical skills, including conveyor repairs, leveling, and replacement of wear items (bearings, chains, sprockets, etc.) • Strong electrical skills, including troubleshooting low-voltage systems, electrical panels, and 480V power • Proficiency with pneumatic systems • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings • Familiarity with ABB and Fanuc robotic systems • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, multi-meters, and diagnostic equipment • Flexible availability to adapt to changing schedules • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Willingness to travel 75% of the year throughout North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico) • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
