📋 Description

• Own how future customers find and first experience Linear across web, search, and paid media • Build awareness and pipeline, particularly with larger companies • Own the demand generation strategy as Linear’s first demand generation hire • Work with the in-house design team on web pages and ad creative • Own paid media end to end, including channel strategy, budget, creative, and account-based enterprise campaigns • Partner with sales and event marketing on enterprise account-based campaigns • Own classic search and AI-generated answers about which tools to use • Define success measurement for the demand generation motion • Use AI and automation tools to increase speed and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company • Hands-on experience across web, paid media, and ABM • Real experience generating pipeline for an enterprise sales team • Genuine design sense; ability to direct creative and identify when something feels off • Strong instincts around product and engineering teams and ability to speak their language • Disciplined capital allocation and judgment about when to increase investment • Ability to build reporting, evaluate pipeline math, and assess spend beyond dashboard metrics • Deep fluency with AI tooling and a default orientation toward automation • Very well versed in attribution, with strong practical judgment
