📋 Description
• Implement automated tests using AI and other tools • Participate in manual testing prior to deployments • Ensure post-deployment issues are minimized • Monitor website issues using specialized tools • Respond to support and testing requests from other departments • Understand and support multiple external and internal platforms • Serve as the person responsible for quality assurance for the web and beyond
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to understand complex systems and their interactions • Experience implementing automated tests (with or without code) • Experience performing effective testing • Experience providing support for complex systems • Strong organizational skills • Interest in assisting others through support and testing • Experience with AI (an asset) • Experience with code-based automated testing suites
