📋 Description

• Configure and maintain online ordering and automation platforms. • Perform testing the configuration of our products. • Provide support to our clients on escalated technical issues. • Respond to, update and resolve support tickets in a timely manner. • Take ownership of technical incidents as they impact the customer. • Help ensure that end user training across LineTen platforms meets the needs of users. • Actively gather and communicate user comments to system stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations. • Organised, reliable and methodical person with a deadline-driven working manner and an attention to detail. • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and within a team. • Great interpersonal communication skills. • Good analytical thinker and problem solver. • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly. • Must be able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
