📋 Description

• Understand and communicate the technical aspects of the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs • Work with stakeholders to define a technical roadmap supporting the product vision and delivery of high-quality solutions • Gather and analyse requirements with product managers and stakeholders, identifying and addressing technical constraints and dependencies • Prioritise features and user stories based on technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact • Create detailed technical specifications and acceptance criteria • Define and evolve product architecture, including technology stack, infrastructure, and design patterns • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Collaborate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders • Define test strategies, validate technical implementations, and ensure high-quality software delivery • Identify technical risks and dependencies and proactively address issues • Monitor and optimise product performance for scalability, efficiency, and reliability • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, tooling updates, and knowledge-sharing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner, Technical Lead, or similar role in a software development environment • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and technical best practices • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with a focus on delivering high-quality software incrementally • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions • Familiarity with software development tools and technologies, including version control systems, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and cloud platforms • Knowledge of product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus
