📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic analytics projects in your area of expertise. • Serve as the go-to expert in your domain — providing thought leadership, shaping methodologies, and ensuring delivery excellence. • Create new frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions that enhance our offerings and differentiate us in the market. • Translate business challenges into technical requirements — and vice versa — ensuring alignment and impact. • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to develop compelling points of view (POVs), solution proposals, and client pitches. • Represent the practice in client meetings, industry forums, strategic councils, and publications. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to cross-practice capability development.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics consulting, CPG, or a related field with deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Category / Market Forecasting, Revenue Growth Management, Market Measurement. • You bring a track record of speaking at events, publishing whitepapers, or shaping analytics strategy at senior levels. • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, designing solutions from scratch, and thinking beyond traditional analytics. • You understand business needs and know how to influence senior stakeholders in global, matrixed environments. • You actively support the growth of others across practices and know how to bring people along with your vision. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
