📋 Description

• Manage the timely flow of all project actions from initiation to delivery. • Managing multiple projects at once while ensuring quality, turnaround time and client satisfaction. • Identify qualified linguists for projects based on project-specific criteria. • Schedule translators, editors and proofreaders, desktop publishing (DTP), and other milestones. • Ensure all quality control procedures are followed for each engagement. • Review and finalize all delivered work from linguists for completeness and adherence to client specifications. • Manage/monitor linguists and other vendors throughout the production cycle for every project. • Provide feedback regarding linguist’s and vendor’s performance and assist in identifying areas of improvement. • Support Sales on project estimates and quoting. • Communicate with clients, via email or video call, as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of localization experience working on the client or vendor side. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite. • Experience working with Phrase, MemoQ, Trados Studio or another Translation Management Systems required. • Experience working with Plunet, XTRF or another Localization Project Management System required. • PMP certified is a plus.
