• Overseeing the operational execution of consignments to ensure their successful completion. • Maintaining project effectiveness from initiation to completion by adhering to established processes and service level agreements. • Building productive partnerships with Account Executives and Senior Project Managers. • Collecting, organizing, and managing all data provided by the Seller and Field Services for every project. • Communicating with Sellers in coordination with Sales Lead on all aspects of the project within a determined timeframe. • Recommending solutions and best practices to execute Seller and project requirements flawlessly. • Participating in conference calls with Sellers to discuss the scope of the project. • Managing and providing status update reports to the Manager and Sales Lead on a weekly basis.
• Undergraduate Degree (Business, Communications or related field) preferred, but can be supplemented by experience. • Advanced level proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM database • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented; accurate and timely • Ability to handle multiple conflicting deadlines • Must be reliable with tasks and attendance
