📋 Description
• Provide Duty Occupational Therapy cover Monday to Friday • Screen and prioritise incoming Occupational Therapy referrals • Assess complex cases and determine appropriate interventions • Provide specialist advice regarding major adaptations and moving and handling • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure timely responses to referrals • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date case records
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy • Current HCPC registration • Significant experience within Adult Social Services • Strong knowledge of major adaptations and moving and handling • Experience managing complex cases independently • Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills
