📋 Description

• Maintain and update accounting system configurations within our DMS and other financial systems • Manage and resolve requests submitted through the ServiceNow queue within established SLA timelines • Support standardization projects across all financial systems • Assist with the development and maintenance of department instruction manuals and process guides • Perform daily integration/import validation checks as needed • Conduct annual maintenance and audits of financial systems • Ensure strong internal controls are followed throughout system processes • Maintain effective communication with Corporate Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Dealership Accounting, and Home Office leadership • Build and sustain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors (e.g., CDK, Transcepta) • Support parts and body shop operations setups and reporting as needed to ensure operational and financial accuracy • Assist with sales operations setups, including updates to deal posting templates and unit counts, to support accurate financial and operational outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field—or equivalent relevant experience • Strong attention to detail and decisiveness in problem-solving • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
