• Provide strategic leadership and tactical execution of Health Economics, Market Access & Reimbursement (HEMAR) for LIVANOVA France. • Collaborate with country-level commercial leaders to establish HEMAR priorities for the French business. • Submit reimbursement applications for new products and manage reimbursement and pricing reviews for existing products. • Develop health economic solutions to drive adoption of LIVANOVA products within hospitals. • Engage with HEMAR stakeholders and country-level government affairs to monitor emerging opportunities and threats to LIVANOVA. • Lead the development of reimbursement dossiers for new products, including identifying evidence needs and determining application timing. • Work with country-level government affairs and advocacy bodies to understand the evolving reimbursement landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate-level qualification in a relevant field and/or equivalent applied experience demonstrating a deep understanding of health economics, market access and reimbursement. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an applied Health Economics/Market Access/Reimbursement role within the medical device industry, with a strong track record of close alignment with commercial functions. • Deep knowledge of the French reimbursement system for medical technologies, including experience submitting reimbursement applications for new technologies and managing pricing for established products. • Good understanding of the hospital market in France. • Solid grasp of evidence-based medicine principles, including interpretation of clinical and health economic methods and health technology assessment. • Experience collaborating with local medical device industry associations and relevant professional bodies. • An established network of relevant health economics stakeholders across France would be advantageous. • Experience in neuromodulation and/or cardiovascular disease is desirable but not essential. • Fluent in French and English.
