• Responsible for specific regional business growing • Continuously drive the sales growing in specific regions and achieve the sales target • KOL management and professionally deliver the technical support to the specific accounts and therapy to ensure the in-market sales. • Account management to provide timely and comprehensive field market information to relative management team as requested. • Ensure the accuracy and timely input of the sales related data in CRM system to support the business decision. • Work with distributor to support order placement based on the regional sales target and phasing forecast, and support reasonable channel inventory. • Ensure the execution of the sales strategy and business planning.
