📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • Background in client relationship management, account management, customer success, consulting, business development, leadership, marketing, communications, or a related field • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to connect with people, listen actively, and ask thoughtful questions • Confidence engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds • Relationship-focused approach built on trust, professionalism, and follow-through • Self-motivation and discipline to manage your schedule independently • Willingness to learn and apply established systems and processes • Genuine interest in leadership, personal development, and continued growth • Reliable internet connection • Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required
