• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings. • Manage end-user devices across the organization using a modern MDM platform. • Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for macOS and iOS systems, business applications, and network connectivity. • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and internal workflows. • Support internal virtualization workflows and assist with system setup for staff. • Coordinate with external service providers to resolve advanced issues. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and security of internal IT operations.
