• Definir e priorizar o backlog de produtos digitais de atendimento ao cliente, com foco em valor e experiência. • Atuar como ponte entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia e experiência do cliente, garantindo alinhamento estratégico. • Conduzir discovery contínuo com usuários e stakeholders para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação. • Monitorar métricas de sucesso dos produtos (NPS, CSAT, taxa de resolução, tempo de atendimento, etc.). • Garantir entregas ágeis e de qualidade, em parceria com times de desenvolvimento e UX. • Liderar iniciativas de transformação digital nos canais de atendimento, promovendo automação e personalização.
• Experiência sólida como Product Owner ou Gerente de Produto em plataformas digitais, preferencialmente voltadas para atendimento ao cliente. • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Habilidade de comunicação com diferentes níveis da organização. • Visão estratégica e foco em resultados. • Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de produto (Jira, Confluence, etc.). • Desejável: conhecimento em tecnologias de atendimento (chatbots, voicebots, CRM, etc.).
