• Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Team Leading and Operations Management. • Coach apprentices one-to-one, supporting their growth and confidence. • Build lasting relationships with employers to strengthen partnerships. • Review learner progress, create action plans, and provide constructive feedback. • Ensure apprentices are assessment-ready and equipped for success. • Share your industry expertise through practical and theoretical learning. • Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and well-being at every step.

🎯 Requirements

• - A level 3+ teaching qualification (or equivelant). • - Experience in delivering apprenticeships or prior teaching experience. • - Level 5 Operations Manager qualification or significant sector experience. • - Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. • - Ability to identify training needs and implement effective solutions. • - Strong attention to detail with high levels of literacy and numeracy. • - Assessor Awards (CAVA, TAQA, A1 equivalent). • - Background in transport.
