📋 Description

• Perform billing activities, monitoring the release of orders; • Register sales contract data in the system to track demand according to the commercial proposal; • Monitor charges/taxes in accordance with legislation, ensuring alignment between company and client requirements; • Issue invoices (Nota Fiscal) in accordance with the commercial proposal; • Issue invoices/duplicates according to the order approval recorded in the system and after client approval; • Post financial entries in the system; • Assist in revenue control; • Keep electronic documents organized according to internal requirements and usage policy; • Support the preparation of management reports as requested by Management; • Provide support to the Commercial and Collections departments; • Record accounts payable and receivable related to issued billings; • Keep financial provisions up to date; • Control incoming and outgoing documents; • Provide tax information for Financial and Asset planning;

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in billing • Knowledge of issuing invoices (Nota Fiscal) • Organized and proactive • Desired: Experience with PROTHEUS
