📋 Description

• Assist in configuring and delivering critical business functions for Longbow clients. • Documenting business requirements and processes, application configurations and more. • Support every phase of Longbow's implementation lifecycle. • Provide product consulting, transfer of knowledge to client team. • Assist with configuration of solutions to meet customer requirements. • Manage client expectations to accomplish project success. • Develop and execute test plans and test environments. • Document testing results and reports bugs or changes required. • Assist in the development of enhancement specifications. • Provide go-live operations support. • Guide business users on the operation of the application.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain/Operations/Computer/Software Engineering or related degree • Expertise in Blue Yonder, JDA/Red Prairie, Highjump, SAP, Tecsys or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, WFM, TMS) both as functional and technical analyst is highly desirable. • Experience in an operational setting or relevant discipline. • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and other Database Technologies • Experience in documenting process flows and operational procedures. • Operating systems – Windows and UNIX. • XML/HTML, MOCA, Python/Perl, Visual Studio/Visual basic • Strong knowledge and work experience with C/C++, C# and Java programming languages • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Valid driver’s license. • Able & willing to travel.
