📋 Description

• Lead and provide design-focused leadership to India-based Product Design & Research mission teams (Enterprise and Insights) • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science/ML to shape mission team roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics • Co-create OKRs and KRs, define success metrics, and ensure impact is measured and communicated • Review and refine roadmaps with Product senior leadership to align with broader product vision • Mentor, coach, and grow designers, providing guidance on prioritization, craft, and career development • Provide design direction and technical coaching to improve designers' skills and deliver high-quality outcomes • Build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure design has a clear voice in product strategy • Lead or support high-priority initiatives such as accessibility or key product evolutions • Drive operational excellence by evolving design processes, tools, and team practices • Contribute to hiring, pipeline building, and recruitment to grow a diverse, high-performing design team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing product designers • Hands-on product design expertise with ability to provide design direction and technical coaching • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science/ML to shape roadmaps, set OKRs, and measure outcomes • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day prioritization and execution • Operational skills setting up processes, tools, and team practices that scale design impact • Track record building trust and alignment across cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • Experience leading or contributing to high-profile initiatives (e.g., accessibility, design co-op, product evolutions) • Deep commitment to design quality and driving business outcomes • Curious, growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback • Ability to work 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST to overlap with Canada, UK, and India teams • Residency in India hub regions (Gujarat, Maharashtra, or Bengaluru) as required by hub hiring policy
