📋 Description
• Own the full CRM marketing lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution and optimization across email, SMS, and website notifications • Develop and execute data-driven CRM campaigns that contribute to customer retention and revenue growth • Implement strategies to grow and maintain user engagement with email marketing • Plan, build, and execute email, SMS, and notification campaigns for marketing initiatives • Design and build automations in Klaviyo, including triggers, segmentation, and personalization logic • Analyze campaign and automation results and deliver insights on performance
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in email or lifecycle marketing • Proven track record of developing email content and managing successful campaigns • Experience building and managing automated lifecycle emails • Experience with programming and coding of email communications using HTML/CSS preferred • Experience with or knowledge of trading card games or sports card collecting is a plus • Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, metrics, and industry best practices • Proficiency with email service providers like Klaviyo or Mailchimp • Familiarity with audience segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing strategies • Excellent communication and copywriting skills • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights is a plus.
