📋 Description

• Support our corporate unit Product Owner Online Services as the interface between internal business units and external developers for the continued development of our e‑commerce platform lotto-niedersachsen.de • Define, develop and maintain digital processes from the initial idea through requirements management, technical implementation, testing and documentation to operation • Act as the point of contact for internal and external development teams regarding tickets and requirements • Identify stakeholder needs, gather the necessary information and (proactively) communicate updates on the status of individual topics and projects • Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication between the Product Owner team, internal business units—particularly internal IT—internal sales, customer and product departments, and those responsible for information security and data protection • Lead and take responsibility for projects and subprojects (context-dependent, using both waterfall and agile approaches) • Evaluate new technologies and trends in e‑commerce

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) computer science, economics or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in an agile environment, ideally as a Product Owner or in IT project management • Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence • A confident and respectful manner, including when communicating with stakeholders, external and internal service providers, internal business units and within the team • Ability to quickly get up to speed on domain requirements and to prepare and present complex issues in a structured and understandable way • Enjoyment in constructively questioning existing processes and structures and identifying opportunities for improvement as part of a continuous improvement process • Enthusiasm and personal interest in rapidly learning new technologies • High level of commitment and ability to work independently
