📋 Description

• Lead the engineering effort across the Lovey App and Platform Squads, mentoring midweight and junior engineers. • Design and build scalable, maintainable systems using Flutter. • Architect solutions that serve both consumer-facing and B2B finance products. • Deploy and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to define, prioritise, and deliver work that truly moves the needle. • Champion clean, modern engineering, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement. • Drive technical direction and contribute to long-term architectural planning. • Foster a lean, autonomous culture, clear process where needed, freedom where it matters. • Ensure strong data flows between Lovey’s ecosystem: Provenir, LTi, HubSpot, ThoughtSpot, and BigQuery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in full-stack development, with recent leadership or mentoring responsibility • Deep knowledge of Flutter (Dart), Node.JS and a wider development stack • Strong experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development (iOS & Android). • Bonus: experience with native iOS/Android • Proven ability to design, deploy, and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows • A pragmatic approach, you value clarity, collaboration, and simplicity over bureaucracy • A passion for building products that solve real problems and make a genuine difference
