• You keep track of all projects within the team and can set smart goals, breaking them down into actionable steps to achieve them • You are responsible for your team and their development • You participate in the weekly priority meetings and actively help shape the company • You handle leave requests and ensure the department is always optimally staffed • As an Account/Strategy Manager, you confidently guide our clients through their entire journey by providing clear next steps in 1:1 strategy meetings, proactively supplying relevant resources, and closely coordinating with the team to ensure an optimal customer journey and continuous insights for the team.
• Experience in Customer Success and client management • You can coach and lead yourself and others in a positive manner • Creativity and the ability to innovate to develop new approaches and solutions • Resilience and flexibility to remain composed in challenging situations • Self-responsibility, reliability, and a structured way of working • Proactivity and enthusiasm for the success of your clients and your team • C1-level German language skills required.
