• Lovepop: art x engineering company making paper art cards and gifts; mission to create one billion magical moments • Fractional Head of Sales role (10-20 hrs/week) to grow profitable revenue across sales business lines • Lead global sales team (6 FTEs), processes, and sales strategy for B2B corporate sales, independent retailers, custom products, partnerships, liquidation, and international distribution • Accountable for hitting revenue and gross profit targets, defining and communicating sales strategy, presenting annual sales P&L plans and forecasts, and driving iteration on sales processes • Build, recruit, and retain a world-class sales team and create a performance-, customer-, and team-oriented culture
• Sales experience: Has led scaling a $10m+ business or similar proven track record of ownership and results in sales • Marketing experience: Understands key B2B marketing levers and integrated sales/marketing strategies • Leadership experience: Hiring, coaching, and retaining a results-driven sales team; inspirational communicator; prioritization and delegation skills • Financial acumen: Experience managing a P&L, building plans for YOY improvements, working with accounting and FP&A • Track record of driving sales, gross profit, and contribution margin for owned channels • Ability to define sales strategy: offering, lead gen, pricing, closing, and retention • Experience recruiting and developing A+ sales leaders and setting clear performance expectations
