• You'll be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities throughout the UK while supporting and growing an established distributor network across EMEA. • Build relationships with health clubs, boutique studios, hotel groups, education providers and commercial fitness operators. • Manage and support distributor partners across the EMEA region. • Drive sales across equipment, education and digital solutions. • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution into new territories. • Lead commercial tenders and major account opportunities. • Collaborate with marketing, education and product teams to maximise regional performance. • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management and market intelligence. • Represent the business at industry events and trade exhibitions throughout Europe.
• A proven track record in B2B sales within the fitness, wellness, sports or equipment sectors. • Experience winning and developing major commercial accounts. • Strong distributor, dealer or partner management experience. • Experience working across international markets. • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills. • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a genuine passion for growing a business. • Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline. • The flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe.
