📋 Description
• Creating/reviewing customer quotes and contacting customers to close and/or tender the sale • Providing exceptional consultative services to customers and confirming their needs are met • Collaborating directly with Service Providers and Store employees to complete work in a timely and accurate manner • Using various systems to complete work and learning to utilize new systems and tools with training • Delivering quality customer service by being friendly and professional, and understanding customer needs • Organizing work processes to ensure efficient workflow while collaborating with others
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable • Up to 1 Year Experience in a call center, office administrative, high volume retail, service support, or similar work environment • Related Field Experience in remodeling or construction industry • Must either be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam within sixty (60) days of starting employment in this position.
