📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end oversight and support for customers purchasing installation jobs • Track project progress and document all customer, provider, store, and vendor interactions • Answer inbound calls and manage outbound tasks and calls for installation job support • Conduct initial customer and service-provider contact to verify project scope and align expectations • Ensure projects are scheduled within the service-level agreement and confirm schedules with customers • Coordinate product delivery with stores and customers • Upload required permit and Lead Safe Practices compliance documents • Manage and resolve post-project Work Order issues, including related costs and potential chargebacks • Maintain thorough project documentation in the Installation Management System, myRedVest, and Salesforce • Deliver consistent customer service, execute defined processes, and provide process-improvement feedback • Achieve goals and complete tasks on time • Build relationships, share information, and seek performance feedback • Complete training courses and participate in team meetings, town halls, and developmental meetings

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • 1 year of experience in project coordination or remodeling/construction industry preferred • 1 year of experience working in a project management function preferred • Experience in a contact center environment preferred • Ability to work night and/or weekend hours as schedules may require • Ability to use installation management systems, myRedVest, and Salesforce • Lowe’s hourly remote associates cannot reside in Alaska, California, or Hawaii
