📋 Description

• Advise clients in the finance area — especially in controlling, accounting, and group controlling — on implementing, enhancing, and automating financial reporting • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; identify relationships between profit, loss, and cash flow; and explain these insights clearly to clients • Support clients from a wide range of industries in using the Financial Management Suite • Systematically identify sources of errors, analyze data flows, and reconcile or restore them • Independently develop innovative financial reporting solutions, build dashboards, and use tools such as Excel and Power BI to visualize complex financial relationships • Deeply engage with system logic and tools, understand the underlying data, and use this knowledge to design precise and sustainable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in finance — e.g., in accounting, controlling, tax advisory, or group/consolidated reporting • Solid understanding of business fundamentals and how the balance sheet, income statement (P&L), and cash flow interrelate • Experience with Power BI or a strong affinity for reporting tools — ability to visualize complex financial relationships in dashboards and reports • Strong communication skills and a confident, authentic presence — able to convey complex topics clearly • Willingness to take responsibility, drive topics independently, and grow together with the team • Comfortable working in an agile, low-bureaucracy environment with a high degree of autonomy • You value humor, clarity, genuine collaboration, and an openness to exchange ideas.
