📋 Description

• Own core-contributor responsibility for complex, business-critical projects from conception through deployment • Focus on outcomes, end-user experience, and adoption of internal features • Improve observability and performance using tools such as Sentry and Datadog • Apply backend and frontend skills to create frictionless user experiences across the stack • Collaborate with internal teams to drive tooling and process adoption • Ensure robust testing resources, team best practices, CI/CD processes, and carefully designed releases • Own designed processes end to end and steward projects • Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment through code reviews, architecture and implementation discussions, and pair problem solving • Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of professional full-stack development success using TypeScript and React • Robust quality mindset and deep experience with testing and release strategies • Systems-thinking mindset with end-to-end process ownership • Comfortable working with or learning AI-assisted tooling such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Strong observability and performance mindset, with experience quantifying and demonstrating product usage • Familiarity with CI/CD and common DevOps processes • Strong communication skills in English • Must be currently based in and legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland
