📋 Description

• Oversee U.S. healthcare and regulatory compliance, advising on HIPAA, state health laws, AKS, 340B, and multi-state licensing • Develop compliance frameworks and support regulatory filings • Manage interactions with U.S. agencies • Draft and negotiate key agreements • Support payor and PBM engagements and advise on partnerships and transactions • Build scalable legal processes for operational speed while managing risk • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• At least six years of experience in U.S. health law, regulatory compliance, or healthcare transactions • Direct experience advising telehealth, pharmacy, or multi-state healthcare organizations • Practical, solution-oriented approach to enabling growth • Strong drafting and negotiation skills • Ability to navigate evolving legal landscapes with clarity and judgment.
