📋 Description

• The Digital Content Designer will be responsible for creating polished, performance-focused digital assets for both LTF and our clients. • Support organic social campaigns, paid media campaigns, website content, landing pages, email marketing, pitch decks, client presentations, display banners and video assets. • Work closely with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Client Services and the wider Creative team to ensure every asset has a clear purpose. • Design high quality assets that feel premium, modern and appropriate for pharmaceutical, aesthetics, dental and healthcare audiences. • Edit video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. • Create email marketing assets and ensure brand consistency across all creative output. • Produce performance-focused assets for paid media campaigns and test different creative variations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience in digital design, content design, creative production or a similar role. • Strong portfolio showing digital design and video editing work. • Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent. • Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or equivalent design software. • Experience designing for social media, paid ads, websites and email campaigns. • Experience creating presentation decks and client facing documents. • Understanding of Meta Ads creative best practice would be advantageous. • Experience in aesthetics, dental, healthcare, beauty or wellness would be advantageous but is not essential. • Experience with photography, filming or editing video shoot footage would be beneficial.
