📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of regional radiology practices • Direct, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary radiology teams • Lead the development and management of annual budgets • Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care by establishing, maintaining, and evaluating radiology protocols • Partner with senior executives to shape and execute strategic initiatives • Build and maintain strong relationships with care site leaders • Uphold the highest standards of ethical and legal compliance • Utilize data analytics to monitor operational performance • Collaborate with IT leadership to implement and optimize technology systems • Lead and support recruitment efforts for radiologists and key staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in radiology or imaging services.
