• You independently and proactively manage and develop our existing customers as well as high‑potential new customers from the inside sales function • You drive profitable growth by identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, following up actively and leveraging cross‑selling opportunities • You conduct price and terms negotiations within the framework of our pricing strategy • You plan and coordinate customer campaigns based on CRM data • You work closely with internal interfaces such as the field sales team and, where required, with the technical/engineering team • You maintain customer data and market information in our systems and pass valuable insights on to the team • For accounts with high potential, you prepare and implement potential analyses and sales plans
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification — ideally with a focus on sales or wholesale/foreign trade • Experience in active sales, customer account management or inside sales • Good product knowledge or a strong technical understanding • Proven sales aptitude and drive • Strong negotiation skills and a good sense of customer needs • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office, Teams)
