📋 Description

• Provide SAP SD application support for business users across multiple regions. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests. • Gather and evaluate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially within SAP SD/MM and related modules. • Participate in testing, documentation, and implementation of enhancements. • Support integration touchpoints with other SAP modules (MM, CS, etc.). • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP processes and system performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience as an SAP SD Consultant. • Strong SAP MM knowledge in addition to SD expertise. • Confident English, and German business communication skills (written and spoken). • Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with SAP CS (Customer Service). • Knowledge of JIT (Just-in-Time) processes. • Experience in international support environments. • Understanding of SD–MM–CS integration points.
