📋 Description

• Lead project management and organization of retail shop fit-outs, new shop construction, refits, refreshes, closures, and store maintenance • Manage CapEx, prepare estimates, verify project actuals, and update CapEx forecasts • Plan and execute project schedules in collaboration with Retailers, Shop & Space Planning, Real Estate Leasing, and Finance • Maintain and develop project status and CapEx reports • Assist the retail team in interpreting construction information affecting the business • Provide hands-on assistance and installation during shop openings, refits, refreshes, and closures • Assess business needs and provide forward-looking insight • Streamline reporting processes for internal and external users • Provide project-specific support to Retailers, store teams, Shop and Space Planning, Property/Leasing, and Finance • Maintain knowledge of products, design methods, and merchandising to support sales and customer service • Partner with SSP designers to deliver projects • Deliver excellent customer service and perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in retail construction and project management, including budget management focused in the US • Demonstrated experience in a project lead role • Strong budget analysis and management skills • Experience in phased construction projects in newly opened and existing retail stores • Hands-on experience managing design and construction processes • Ability to interpret M.E.P., architectural, and structural plans • Ability to assist with and install company furniture and understand retail-space components • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, work independently, collaborate, and manage competing priorities • Flexibility and dedication to work extra hours as needed • Must be based in the United States • Ability to travel domestically and internationally; must hold a valid passport • Preferred: Knowledge or expertise with Concur, CAD, and Google Suite • Preferred: PMP and LEED certifications
