📋 Description

• Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign and channel performance, cohort/retention, and GRR/NRR drivers • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CSM stakeholders to scope questions, frame recommendations, and carry analysis through to decisions • Translate ambiguous stakeholder questions into clear, testable analytical approaches • Build and maintain dbt models and marts for Sales, Marketing, and CS domains using Salesforce as a core source system • Own data quality and documentation, including definitions, source-of-truth tables, and QA • Contribute to Lighthouse, the internal BI-as-code platform, helping define how dashboards, metrics, and semantic models are written, versioned, and reviewed • Use AI agents to accelerate analysis, automate recurring reporting, and reduce manual dashboard requests • Evaluate where AI can replace manual analyst work and where it cannot • Operate in two-week sprints and prioritize an independent backlog against team OKRs • Provide clear, proactive stakeholder status updates • Report to the Senior Manager of Analytics and collaborate with Analytics Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics/BI, with meaningful time supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions at a fast-growing company • Expert SQL and hands-on dbt experience modeling GTM data • Comfortable with Python for analysis and automation • Experience with Salesforce as a data source, including CRM objects, fields, and data-modeling quirks • Familiarity with modern data stacks, including Fivetran or similar EL tooling and cloud warehouses • Genuine curiosity about agentic analytics and experience using AI agents or LLM tools to speed up analysis • Strong communication skills for framing recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and defending them under questioning • Ability to own deliverables through to closure • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration • Experience with a modern BI tool such as Sigma, Hex, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a strong plus, not a hard requirement • Hands-on Claude Code or similar coding-agent experience is a big plus, not a hard requirement
