📋 Description

• Define and implement one-to-many engagement strategies; • Plan and execute CRM campaigns focused on onboarding, engagement and product adoption; • Build and optimize automated multichannel journeys (email, in-app, and others); • Plan and run A/B tests to optimize open, click-through and conversion rates; • Analyze metrics and produce reports to monitor the impact of initiatives; • Strategically segment contact lists to increase campaign relevance; • Work with data analysis and generate insights to advance communication personalization; • Support cross-sell and recommendation strategies by mapping opportunities and growth levers; • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth, consistent customer journey experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields; • More than 4 years of experience in communication and development of CRM campaigns; • Experience working at SaaS and multi-product companies; • Proficiency with CRM platforms, email marketing tools and data analysis — preferably ActiveCampaign and HubSpot; • Build and maintain APIs and services for integration with other platforms and corporate systems; • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback, generating actionable insights; • Ability to work independently and in a team while managing multiple priorities; • Experience with the SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) market is a plus.
