🎯 Requirements

• Ability to facilitate collaboration across internal teams • Capacity to engage stakeholders at different hierarchical levels and professional profiles in company projects, building strategic alliances through personal influence • Experience with Lean and agile methodologies • Experience with a DevSecOps culture • Proven experience leading technical teams • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field • Design patterns for software development • Strong knowledge of at least two languages from our stack: Ruby, Elixir, Java, Python, JavaScript or .NET Core • Strong knowledge of one of the JS frameworks: Vue.js, React or Angular • Experience implementing architecture processes in companies of similar or larger size/segment • Concepts of Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Design, and Service-Oriented Architecture • Containers, virtual machines, and cloud computing • General infrastructure knowledge
