📋 Description

• Support the inbound helpline. • Complete online chats. • Assess mental health needs. • Refer service users to clinically appropriate therapy or signpost them to other services. • Offer immediate support and brief goal-focused therapeutic support and psychoeducation. • Deliver video-based therapy sessions. • Provide overarching case management services. • Work with a wide range of presenting issues and severity. • Manage safeguarding and risk cases. • Conduct brief clinical and therapeutic assessments. • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management plans. • Identify appropriate contracted therapy sessions, local charities, healthcare, or other support services. • Capture relevant information in the clinical database. • Adhere to clinical and operational protocols, standards, service levels, and procedures. • Collaborate with global clinical teams. • Liaise with affiliate clinicians for case updates. • Contribute to service and business development. • Participate in governance and quality assurance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters level counselling qualification appropriate to professional standards of the United Kingdom and / or the Republic of Ireland. • Current registration or accreditation with relevant professional body. • BACP registration or equivalent. • Experience of working with a broad range of psychological health and workplace related issues, including mental health, trauma, stress, relationship issues, child related issues, anxiety, and substance related issues. • Minimum of 400 hours therapeutic delivery post qualification. • Experience of working in high pressure, time limited environments. • Experience of working with high-risk cases such as suicide, abuse, substance use and abuse. • Minimum of 2 years working experience. • Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and work in a time pressured environment. • Computer literacy and ability to type whilst conducting clinical work on the phone. • Ability to provide telephonic therapy. • Clinical understanding and ability to manage risk. • Good time management ability. • Ability to work within a team. • Business and commercial awareness. • Ability to work fixed weekday or weekend shifts covering 8am–8pm, 7 days per week. • Ability to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
