• Lyra Health is seeking a Occupational Health and Well-being Consultant to help employers address occupational stress and improve employee well-being, productivity, and engagement. • Ideal candidates should have a strong background in collecting and analyzing data to inform occupational health and safety and psychosocial risk management in the workplace, as well as experience with consulting on systemic, organizational solutions to critical workforce issues including turnover, burnout, and inefficiency. • This role will be carried out virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within Ontario, Canada.
• 5+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience • Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety and Psychosocial Risk Management • Entrepreneurial approach and self-starter, with a strong ability navigate ambiguity • Strong research and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q. • Team player and dedicated to incorporating feedback from key stakeholders • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Fluency in PowerPoint and MS Excel • Familiarity with most commonly used corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Google Hangouts, Teams, and Cisco Webex
