📋 Description
• Make intentional contributions to a safe, reliable, and scalable software system • Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience • Own problems end to end, from scoping through to shipping and support • Uphold best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and the release process • Work across the stack, from TypeScript/Svelte on the frontend to Node.js/Sveltekit on the backend • Help build and refine tooling and infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and our LLM stack
🎯 Requirements
• Professional experience shipping production-grade code • Deep experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend • Solid understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Clear communication and a builder's mindset • Experience using Claude Code or other agentic coding assistants, with a clear-eyed view of their pitfalls
