📋 Description

• Build systems powering Lyrebird for tens of thousands of clinicians • Ship features and scale reliable, safe, and scalable systems • Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, and internal teams • Own problems end to end, from scoping through shipping and support • Maintain best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and releases • Work across the stack on TypeScript/Svelte frontend and Node.js/SvelteKit backend • Build and refine tooling and infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and the LLM stack

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience shipping production-grade code • Deep experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend • Solid understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices • Experience using Claude Code or other agentic coding assistants, with awareness of their pitfalls • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Clear communication and a builder's mindset • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or ML/LLM tooling • Nice to have: experience taking a software product from zero to one in a highly regulated environment • Nice to have: experience delivering solutions to large enterprise customers aligned with product strategy • Nice to have: mastery of Claude Code or similar tools • Must address UK visa sponsorship status; Lyrebird is not currently registered to sponsor
