🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally in mobile applications or digital products. • Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design tools such as Lottie. • Familiarity with Figma is a plus. • Experience in 3D animation and video editing. • Strong understanding of animation principles, UI animations, and transitions for mobile interfaces. • Knowledge of performance constraints and asset optimization for mobile platforms (iOS and Android). • A portfolio showcasing motion design relevant to mobile UI and interactions. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.
