📋 Description

• Execute recruitment tasks for projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and other assigned markets • Contact M3 Global Research panelists by phone and conduct cold calling to recruit respondents • Schedule interviews • Plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions • Provide project updates on work completed, progress, results, and action plans • Escalate projects of concern to the senior manager when recruitment is off track • Achieve outsource targets for allocated markets • Meet monthly panel registration targets • Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses • Reactivate user accounts • Provide telephone, email, and support-ticket assistance to M3 Global Research members • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries and complaints across multiple systems • Collaborate with Project Management to resolve project-specific respondent issues • Handle respondent inquiries according to company policy and resolution timelines • Build and maintain relationships with panel members • Report and resolve issues with internal and external systems and processes • Investigate fraudulent respondents according to M3 data quality procedures • Complete verification for newly registered members • Complete link testing for online market research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English • Clear and effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mails, and tools required within assigned responsibilities • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills • Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately, and ensure audiences feel supported • CV must be submitted in English
