📋 Description

• Execute recruitment tasks for projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and other assigned markets • Contact M3 Global Research panelists by phone and conduct cold calling to recruit respondents • Schedule interviews • Plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions • Maximize internal resources and reduce outsourcing costs • Provide project updates on work completed, progress, results, and action plans • Escalate projects at risk of falling behind schedule to the senior manager • Achieve outsourcing targets for allocated markets • Meet monthly registration targets for the Netherlands, Belgium, and other assigned markets • Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses • Call users to reactivate accounts • Execute panel-building initiatives • Support M3 Global Research members by telephone, email, and support tickets • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve member inquiries and complaints across multiple systems • Work with Project Management to resolve project-specific respondent issues • Handle respondent inquiries according to company policy and resolution timelines • Build and maintain strong relationships with panel members • Report and resolve issues with internal and external systems and processes • Investigate fraudulent respondents and take action under M3 data quality procedures • Complete verification for newly registered members • Test links for online market research projects and qualitative online screeners

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English • Clear and effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, social media, email, and tools required within assigned responsibilities • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills • Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately, and ensure audiences feel supported • CV must be submitted in English
