📋 Description

• Ensure recruitment tasks assigned for projects in Austria, Switzerland, and other assigned markets are fully executed • Contact M3 Global Research panelists by phone and conduct cold calling to recruit respondents • Schedule interviews • Plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions to maximize internal resources and reduce outsource costs • Provide project updates on work completed, progress, results, and action plans • Escalate projects of concern to the senior manager when recruitment is off track • Ensure outsource targets for allocated markets are achieved • Meet monthly panel registration targets • Execute panel-building initiatives in Scandinavia and other assigned markets • Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses • Reactivate user accounts • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve member inquiries and complaints across multiple systems • Work with Project Management to resolve project-specific member/respondent issues • Handle respondent inquiries according to company policy and resolution timelines • Assist with communication procedures, guidelines, and Support Ticket System enhancements • Build and maintain relationships with panel members through professional communication • Support M3 Global Research members by telephone, email, and support tickets • Collaborate with the global Panel team to identify and resolve internal and external system and process issues • Investigate fraudulent respondents and act according to M3 data quality procedures • Complete verification for newly registered members • Test links for online market research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English • Clear and effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, social media, email, and assigned tools • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills • Ability to ask probing questions and respond effectively and accurately • Ability to work 09:00–17:30 CET, rotating twice weekly to 09:30–18:00 CET
