📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines • Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and implement project strategies aligned with client goals and industry standards • Drive innovation and best practices within the agency • Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability • Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards • Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Partnership, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs • Continually improve delivery services, ensuring programmes are profitable, processes and procedures are efficient, and clients have an outstanding experience

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to degree level (life sciences or project management desirable) • Minimum of 2 years working in a project focused role • Strong communication skills – oral and written • People person – can work with different teams • Proactive and passionate about delivering great customer service for both external and internal clients, with a desire to exceed expectations • Strong ability to prioritise workload • An enthusiastic team player with the desire to exceed objectives
