📋 Description

‱ Accountable for successful project management and delivery of healthcare market research studies at m360 Research (M3 subsidiary) ‱ Manage qualitative and quantitative projects through entire project life cycle, including client, partner, and healthcare professional sample management ‱ Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person and online IDIs, and online qualitative interviews; ensure respondents meet client requirements ‱ Act quickly to replace no-shows, follow up with late respondents, and send last-minute materials when alerted by client/moderator ‱ Setup and testing of surveys/screeners; monitor statistics; manage respondent honoraria; close, audit, and invoice projects in technology-based systems ‱ Work directly with various teams to setup and test survey links and redirects, prepare and send sample, conduct quality/audit checks, and manage respondent inquiries ‱ Monitor productivity and quality of data collection; produce regular updates and progress reports on project status and recruitment ‱ Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities ‱ Proactively identify potential fielding concerns and issues in the field ‱ Partner with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and recommend improvements ‱ Manage and leverage relationships with domestic and international vendors for accurate and timely deliverables and issue resolution ‱ Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget ‱ Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to members of the Market Research Project Management team; suggest service improvements to M3 GR

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5+ years of experience in Market Research ‱ Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred ‱ Demonstrated ability to be a highly self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills, meticulous organizational abilities, and unwavering attention to detail ‱ Proven capacity to manage multiple qualitative projects with precision and timeliness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where project parameters and deadlines are subject to frequent changes ‱ Experience in quantitative project management is highly desirable ‱ Superior written and verbal communication skills ‱ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word ‱ Ability to quickly adapt to and master new technologies and software ‱ Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills ‱ Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment ‱ Experience with planning project timelines and projecting estimated fieldwork completion for revenue forecasting ‱ Experience managing vendors, domestic and international ‱ Ability to train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior Project Managers ‱ Willing to work night shifts (US EST Shift)
