• Support the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to final hiring, focused on roles within Microsoft 365 consulting. • Manage job postings on relevant platforms, screen resumes, and schedule interviews using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). • Maintain candidate databases in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, SharePoint lists) and handle confidential information with discretion. • Provide administrative support to the HR and delivery teams, including document preparation in Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive, plus calendar management in Outlook. • Engage with candidates via email and Teams, providing timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Availability to work 40 hours per week (approximately 172 hours per month). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and tasks simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/OneDrive); comfortable with virtual collaboration tools. • Prior experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
