• Gather and document business requirements and stakeholder needs across various initiatives; • Model and improve business processes using BPMN to ensure clarity and alignment; • Create impactful dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively; • Validate functional specifications and support quality assurance with test case elaboration; • Facilitate workshops and coordinate project timelines to ensure milestone achievement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field • Asset: MBA or master's degree • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in strategic business analysis • Advanced proficiency in process modeling (BPMN), problem solving, and data interpretation • Bilingual English/French • Asset: Knowledge of the mining industry
